From the web version, select the Admin tab, then Payments and Invoices.
To make a one-time payment, fill in all fields under Payment Information:
- Card Number: enter your card number without adding spaces
- CVV number is the 3-digit number found on the back of your card
- Billing Zip is the zip code of the billing address on file for the credit card you’re using
- Expiration Date: enter numerically as month month year year. The slash will be added for you.
- Payment Amount is the total amount due on the invoice
- Select Pay with Credit Card ONE TIME ONLY
- Payment Received notice will appear and you will be redirected to the admin screen.
Invoices and payment history are available in the Previous Bills section.
To view your invoice, select the date or amount due under Invoice.
To download a receipt, select the date or amount paid under Receipt.

Who receives our invoice? Your billing contact name and email address is in the Edit Organization Information menu and can be updated at any time.
Can we pay by check? Yes! Please see your invoice for details.
How is our charge calculated? Your subscription rate is based on the number of visible member profiles in your directory at the time your invoice is generated. That number is shown under the Admin tab, Edit Organization Information. CLICK HERE to view our pricing structure.
When should we expect our bill? We generate invoices on the 10th of each month. Your first invoice will arrive on the 10th of the month following the end of your 30-day free trial period.
Our treasurer pays the bills but isn’t a directory admin. How can we pay our invoice online?
- You can enter the card information for your treasurer
- Your treasurer can call us at 855-759-5161 to provide the card number
- You can add your treasurer as a directory administrator. (Click here for instructions) OR
- You can pay by check (see your invoice for details)
